| Justice Ministry releases regulation of the Executive Committee for IDs Issuing Reform Project |

Luanda, 08/04 – The Internal Regulation of the Executive Committee for the Identity Cards Issuing Reform Project and the modernisation of Criminal Records System, came into
effect on May 19, with their publication in the State Gazette .
The diploma, an executive decree nº 66/08, of the Ministry of Justice, is printed on the State Gazette nº 91, I Series, which reached ANGOP Sunday.
The committee is responsible for laying out guidelines for the implementation of the plan, establishing
policies and managing general rules, as well as changing, including or excluding procedures related to the issuing of identity cards.
It is also tasked with finding, in due time, the necessary resources for the implementation of the
project and approving the needed profile of the professionals for the Ministry of Justice pointed
out to participate in it.
The creation of the committee results from an agreement for technical assistance, services and supply of material between the Ministry of Justice and DGM-Systems.
