Kuando Kubango: Media Minister’s Aide Happy With Local Organs

Menongue, 07/31 - The adviser of Mass Media minister, Luís Fernando, Thursday expressed satisfaction over the functioning of the sector`s organs, in south-eastern Kuando Kubango province, centred on supplying information of various daily events to the society.

Addressing the press, at the end of a few-hour visit to the facilities of the State-owned Public Television of Angola (TPA), National Radio of Angola (RNA), the daily Newspaper and Angolan News Agency (ANGOP), the official voiced positive the assessment made, as the news broadcasted reach countrywide.

He also appealed to journalists to continue being engaged in the process, as promising future, judging by the ongoing works, like repairing of the new facilities of the local organs.

Luís Fernando also called for the improvement of the working conditions, mainly in staff training programme. The official urged the organs to ask the Training Centre of Journalists (Cefojor) in Luanda for the training of their personnel.

The advisor handed over vehicles, computers, motorbikes, among others, to the referred organs, as part of his tour to the eastern province.
