CAN2010: CAF Inspectors Arrive For Second Mission

Luanda, 08/03 – A team of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) inspectors is due to visit Angola on Monday to assess the pace of construction works of the stadiums that will host CAN2010 and other structures.

According to a communiqué issued by the department for information, advertisement and marketing of the African Nations Cup (COCAN2010), that reached Angop, this second mission of CAF inspection team will take place on August 04-10.

Comprising six people, the delegation is headed by Mohamed Raouraoua, member of the executive committee of CAF. They will arrive in different phases, being two on Monday at 12.40am and the last stage next Tuesday at 6.15am.

The programme includes visits to the stadiums that will gather CAN2010 matches, training fields, hospitals and hotels, apart from other infrastructures of support.
