Girabola2008: Petro do Huambo-1º de Agosto Match Postponed Due to Bee Invasion

Huambo, 06/29 - The match between Petro do Huambo and 1º de Agosto, previously set for this Sunday afternoon, at Kurikutelas stadium, here, for the 13th round of the national first division soccer tournament (Girabola2008), was postponed for next Monday at 03pm due to bee invasion in the field.

According to the match official, Muanza Romano, the postponed aims at safeguarding the physical integrity of players, coaches, refereeing team and of spectators, since a bee hive was found of the substitutes’ bench.

"This is a great danger, which is why we decided to postpone it for Monday", he explained.
