Futsal: National Squad Return Home

Luanda, 04/03 – The national team of five-a-side soccer returned this afternoon to the country, from Tripoli, Libya, where they participated from 21 to 31 March at the African Nations Cup.

Thirteen athletes, technical team and officials constitute the 15-member delegation.

The Angolan squad occupied third position in group B, with seven points. The host country won the continental tournament.

Libya and the runners up Egypt will represent Africa at the World Championship, in Brazil, scheduled for next September.
